Upon completion of four 4-hour courses you will register to receive the "Testing Packet." You will have 30 days to complete the test which consists of True/False, Multiple Choice questions and completing a Market Analysis on Income Producing Property.

These courses may be taken over a period of three years or all at once in one week. Make it convenient for yourself and your schedule. All courses are at our regular scheduled rates. The testing packet is $49.00.
Realtors with the SRES designation help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family house, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implication of owning real estate. By earning the SRES designation, REALTORS have demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and counselor. This is a NAR Designation
National Association of Realtors (NAR) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). An ABR is a real estate professional trained to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. Learn ideas and methods for building a buyer representative business. Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session. Upon completion of the 2-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR candidate status. Within a three year period you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to become an ABR Designee.
GREEN RESIDENTIAL ONE DAY ELECTIVE COURSE
After completing the requirements for the NAR GREEN DESIGNATION, you will be required to complete and elective. This course is designed to cover all of the aspects necessary to understand residential construction as GREEN applies.
This 6 hour course and exam covers the following: 1. Understanding the Business of Foreclosure 2. The Business of Foreclosure 3. How Buyer-Clients can prevent Foreclosure 4. Getting involved in the Foreclosure market 5. Working with REOs and REO Specialists
