Attendance Policy
You are required to attend at least 90% of the course. Our breaks make up the other 10% of the class time. As you can see there is no room left for late comers.
At a prescribed time the doors are closed and no one will be allowed to enter the class.
Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
Refund Policy
If a course is canceled by Tuxedo Training a full refund will be issued to each person pre-paid for the course.
No seats are guaranteed without pre-payment. If you sign up for a course and reserve a seat you will be expected to use that seat. If we turn others away for the same seat you will not be given credit toward a future class.
If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the course, and we have not sold out the class, we will refund in full or allow you to carry over to another class within 60 days or our next offering, whichever comes first.
Once a course is held there are no refunds for no-shows.
