IN HOUSE CONTINUING EDUCATION FEE SCHEDULE
FOR IN HOUSE CONTINUING EDUCATIION THE COST IS $100 PER HOUR OF EDUCATION, OR $20 PER PERSON FOR 3 HOUR, $25 PER PERSON FOR 4 HOUR, $30 PER PERSON FOR 5 HOUR COURSES, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
All courses consist of from 3 or 5 hours of education.

A $130 deposit, per course offered, must accompany the agreement for each class.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING FOR STATE C.E. APPROVAL
Courses must be received by the Division of Real Estate a minimum of 10 days prior to the offering date. If it is late, there is a penalty by the state of $2.00 per credit hour per person+. This cost will be bourn by the person responsible for late submission. We will not submit to the state until full deposit and a signed contract are returned to our offices.
IF THE COURSES ARE TO BE APPROVED FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT THERE IS A CHARGE OF $30.00 PER COURSE .
This cost covers course approval and certification, sign-in of all attendees, certificates for all attendees delivered to Course Sponsor, reporting to the Division of Real Estate, and maintaining all records of the class for the mandatory period. The fee is included in the $130 deposit mentioned above.
TRAVEL CHARGES WILL BE AT A COST OF $.20 PER MILE FOR ANY LOCATION THAT REQUIRES DRIVING OF 20 OR MORE MILES ONE WAY. MILEAGE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ROUND-TRIP.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS. Courses canceled not less than 31 days of the offering date will be given a refund of 90% of the deposit paid less fees paid to State of Ohio for certification. Courses canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to offering date will be refunded 50% of the deposit paid. Courses canceled 14 days or less will not be refunded. Cancellation fees (excluding fees paid to State of Ohio) may be applied to a new date.
STATE APPROVAL WILL NOT BE REQUESTED UNTIL RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT
