COURSE OBJECTIVES:
* Learn and practice the auction chant
* Learn how to promote the auction method of marketing to clients
* Learn the "how-to's" of Listing, Writing Auction Contracts, Advertising and Promotion of Auctions,
Setting up the auction merchandise and/or real estate, Clerking and Cashiering
* Explore the laws that impact your business
* Learn how to pass a written auctioneer exam
* Participate in a live auction where you will bid call and assist in many other aspects of the sale
* Gain knowledge about specific types of auctions such as: Consignment, Antique, Farm Equipment,
Livestock, Industrial, Large Equipment, Estates, Bankruptcy, Toys, Autos, Firearms, and Real Estate
* Learn about "on-line" auctions and "e-bay" live auctions. You will participate in a live on-line auction.
* Leave with information about the importance of good equipment and tools for your business
This course will be a "hands-on" course which will give you an overview of the entire Auction process.
If you participate during this course you will be on your way to a successful career in the Auction Business.
