Betty Niebel cooks gourmet desserts and/or lunches for most of the TUX classes when
John is the instructor. We're not sure which is more popular, John's teaching style or
Betty's food!!! I guess you will have to come and decide for yourself.

Occasionally you will be a "guinea pig" for some of the NEW recipes. If you vote
"thumbs up" it will go in her recipe books.
